Terms & Conditions
WARRANTY
- Warranty will be applicable up to 12 months from the date of installation / delivery for any kind of manufacturing defects.
- Warranty will not be aplicable due to mishandling. no warranty will be applicable on locks, castor, heating elements and breakable items.
- Mattresses, mattress covers, foam, any sort of upholstery, and PVC laminated panels will not be covered under warranty.
- Electrical surge-induced damages to electronic components will not be covered under warranty.
- If the balance payment is not cleared in accordance with the PO terms, the warranty will conclude.
- As part of the continued development of the goods to improve its feature or performance, Eras Medical Devices and Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make any technological modifications without prior notification.
PAYMENT
- Orders must accompany with 100% advance in the form of Demand Draft / RTGS / NEFT / IMPS or cheque (subject to clearing).
- The goods will only be dispatched when all pending payments are cleared.
- GST will be applicable over and above the product price.

FREIGHT
- Freight forwarding charges will be extra and as per actuals.
- Product Cost is inclusive of packaging.
- If the government imposes any new duties and taxes, modifies the statutory taxes, or does both during the duration of the contract, delivery of the material, or in the upcoming budget, the same will apply to this offer and will be within the customer's scope.
PRODUCT UNLOADING
The goods will be unloaded at a single designated place at the consignee address if the unloading falls under Eras Medical Devices and Services Pvt. Ltd.'s purview. Any subsequent relocation will be the customer's responsibility.
PRICE VALIDITY
- Prices are valid for 15 days following the date of the quotation or proforma invoice.
- Any extension of the term requires prior written approval from Eras Medical Devices and Services Pvt. Ltd.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Final order acceptance will only happen after confirmation from Eras Medical Devices and Services Pvt. Ltd.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The order can be cancelled within two days upon final acceptance, in this period the total amount will be refunded after deducting transaction charges, if any.
If an order is cancelled after two days but before 5 days, there will be a deduction of 15% of the total value of the goods along with transaction charges if any.
In no case, an order can be cancelled after 5 days.
FORCE MAJEURE
Any delay or failure by Eras Medical Devices and Services Pvt. Ltd. to carry out its obligations under this agreement shall be excused if, and to the extent that, such delay or failure is brought about by an event or occurrence beyond Eras Medical Devices and Services Pvt. Ltd.’s reasonable control and without its fault or negligence, including, but not limited to, acts of God, government authority actions (whether valid or invalid), fires, floods, windstorms, riots, natural disasters, wars, sabotage, labour problems (including lockouts, strikes and slowdowns), inability to obtain power, material, equipment or transportation.
OVERRIDE CLAUSE
The last quotation stands valid and supersedes any previous offers or quotations.
REFUND POLICY
Goods, once sold are not returnable or refundable unless wrong items are delivered.
JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW
Any disputes arising out or related to the contract shall be governed by the law, rules and regulations of India, as applicable in the State of Uttar Pradesh. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions and disputes shall be the courts located in Lucknow.

a. All information, content, services and products displayed on, transmitted through, or used in connection with the Website, including for example text, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, video, html, source and object code, trademarks, logos, and the like (collectively and hereinafter referred to as the “Web Content”), as well as its selection and arrangement, is owned by Eras Medical Devices and Services Pvt. Ltd.
b. User may not, republish any portion of the Web Content on any Internet, Intranet or extranet site or incorporate the Web Content in any database, compilation, archive or cache. User may not distribute any Web Content to others, whether or not for payment or other consideration, and not modify copy, frame, cache, reproduce, sell, publish, transmit, display or otherwise use any portion of the Web Content. User may not scrape or otherwise copy the Web Content without permission of Eras Medical Devices and Services Pvt. Ltd.
